Refurbishment of 2 storey offices & renovation of 2 maintenance hangers
Airwaves FM redecorated 19 internal office rooms, with all ceiling tiles and carpet tiles
renewed across the multi-use office and welfare space.
The kitchen was also fully renewed with fit for purpose units and appliances.
Following the redecoration of the adjacent offices, Airwaves FM projects team renovated 2
maintenance hangers on the site.
Perimeter walls deep cleaned using sky vac system, removing all dirt and debris, then
redecorated in 2 tone paint finish. All wood work and interior doors redecorated across a split
level space including mezzanine.
The maintenance hangar floors totalling 1,200m2 were then steam cleaned using Tensid
Torik Stone cleaning system and degreased. A final finish was applied consisting of
two-pack epoxy resin floor covering, denoting hazard areas.
